Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By installing or using Karaoke Pro, its phone remote or this website, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to the YouTube Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Karaoke Pro.

2. What Karaoke Pro does

Karaoke Pro lets you search YouTube for karaoke videos, play them through YouTube's official player, keep a song queue, play your own Videoke MIDI files, and control playback from phones in the same room. YouTube videos remain owned by their creators and are provided by YouTube, not by us.

3. Your account and subscription

• The player device needs an active subscription. Guests and phone remotes join free.
• Plans, prices and what each plan includes are shown on our website. A plan runs for the period you paid for.
• Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Refunds are handled case by case. Contact us via our Contact section.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Download, record, rip or redistribute YouTube videos or audio, or try to block or skip YouTube's ads, through Karaoke Pro.
• Use Karaoke Pro in a way that breaks the YouTube Terms of Service, copyright law or any other law.
• Share, sell or resell your account, or try to get around plan limits.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
• Disrupt the service, other users' sessions, or our systems.

5. Your own files

Videoke MIDI, KAR and SoundFont files you load stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use them. Files we offer for download are provided for use with Karaoke Pro only.

6. YouTube content

Video availability is controlled by YouTube. Some videos may be unavailable, restricted, removed, or show ads. Karaoke Pro respects these limits and cannot guarantee that any particular video will play.

7. Changes to the service and these terms

We may update Karaoke Pro, change features or plans, or update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app or on our website. Using Karaoke Pro after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Karaoke Pro at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the YouTube Terms of Service.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Karaoke Pro is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
